PORCELAIN

The internal massager is made from Limoges porcelain thus ensuring a superior quality in terms of the material of our product. Indeed, in the porcelain/ceramic family, it is this one that has the best quality due to the techniques used in its manufacturing, as well as its clay formulation. In addition, because it requires baking at 1400 °C, this ensures complete vitrification of the product, and therefore, of a non-porous product. Finally, we were able to find local ceramists for the manufacturing of the internal massager. Kaolii’s products are therefore entirely designed in Quebec (Canada), allowing us to ensure maximum quality, create jobs locally and reduce the impact of transportation.

Porcelain is a non-porous material due to the vitrification process that occurs during firing. It is therefore phthalate and BPA free, hygienic and body-safe.

Porcelain is hypoallergenic, which means it is perfect for internal use. It will not affect the internal balance of your vagina and is completely body-safe. This is why many clients with repeated urinary or vaginal infections or who are cancer survivors like to use our internal massager.

Yes and no! Porcelain is a material that has a very high mechanical resistance to pressure. That is to say, there is no risk in terms of fragility while in use. It is only sensitive to shocks, for example, if there are drastic temperature changes (from freezing to very hot) or if it suffers a physical shock (falls to the ground). If anything happens to your porcelain product, contact us. we offer a year warranty on all our porcelain product.

Unlike some plastic or silicone products, porcelain is compatible with all types of lubricants, whether silicone or water-based. So you don’t have to worry about mixing incompatible products! However, we recommend the use of a vegan or organic lubricant.
Warning: Do not use a massage oil or hydrating cream as a lubricant.

Porcelain is a thermally conductive material. You can therefore cool your massager to reduce painful sensations, or warm it up to relax the muscles. Generally speaking, porcelain will be at room temperature, so it will be a little cooler than your body. You can heat it in your hands or under hot water, or cool it in cold water or in the refrigerator. As mentioned earlier, porcelain can be senstive to thermal shocks, so be sure to let it come back to room temperature before you force it to change temperature again.

No, Kaolii’s internal massager is vibration free.

You can purchase the internal massager without a recommandation from a healthcare professional. However, we recommend that you see one if you think you have pelvic or perineal health problems.

Yes, about 20% to 25% of the massager is empty, this is from the manufacturing technique of the product. Our ceramist, Louise Bousquet, uses the manufacturing technique from Limoges in France, which allows us to have a very high quality of porcelain. However, the walls have a considerable thickness which makes the product extremely resistant.

Always make sure your hands are clean before using your internal massager. After use, you can simply wash it under warm water with a mild, fragrance-free, hand soap. Make sure to rinse it thoroughly. For a deeper cleaning, you can put your internal massager in a pot filled with water, then bring the water to a boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. You can remove the internal massager with pliers to let it dry on its storage pouch. Make sure you let it cool before you take it back. For desinfection of the massager, you can also put it in the oven at 135०C (275०F) for 20 minutes. Make sure you let it cool before you take it back. Finally, always store your internal massager in its box or storage pouch once cleaned so that it is ready for your next session.

CAN I USE THE INTERNAL MASSAGER IF

Yes, our internal massager can be used to help with your Kegels exercises to facilitate childbirth. Plus, it can also be used to help relax and elasticize your perineum.

Many of our customers have purchased our product after giving birth in order to relax their vaginal tissues and regain some connection with their body. We suggest that you wait at least 6 weeks before using your internal massager and that you had your childbirth follow-up.

Yes, there is no contraindication to using the internal massager if you wear an IUD, since it is placed higher in the uterus.

Yes, there is no contraindication to using the internal massager during your period. It can even help reduce your pain with a light internal massage.

Absolutely! The internal massager is ideal for helping you massage the internal walls and pressure points of the vagina. Be sure to consult a pelvic health professional before beginning any strengthening exercises.
