Quick Cleaning

  1. Clean your product with warm water and mild soap. Rinse to make sure that no soap is left on the product.
  2. Store your product in its box or storage bag.

– You can also use a menstrual cup soap to clean your product.

Disinfect the product

  1. Clean with mild soap and rinse.
  2. Place it in your oven at 135°C (275° F) for 20 minutes.
  3. Take out of the oven with oven mits or pliers and let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.

– Please don’t wash your product in the dishwasher since some soap could be left on it.

We ship our products in a majority of countries around the world. We always do our best to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. They are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order when you purchase directly from Kaolii.ca.

If you buy your internal massager at the regular price, shipping is included. If you purchase your internal massage with a PRO discount, we offer shipping accross Canana and US at a fixed price of 12$.

For Canadian and United States orders; we ship with Canada Post and USPS. All shipments include a package tracking number.

Elsewhere in the World: Our items are generally shipped with DHL or Purolator at the best prices available for your region.

Please note that international shipments are taxable and customs charges may apply by authorities in the customer’s country. We cannot predict the amount of these charges and we are unable to pay these charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these.

Each international shipment is identified with the actual nature of the item being shipped. This allows you to be reimbursed by the carrier if your item is lost. Identifying a shipment as a gift is illegal.

We do not make a profit on shipping costs. The costs charged are the result of the shipment itself and the cost of the packaging.

Since Kaolii’s products are intimate products, we cannot accept returns (or exchanges).

If your Kaolii product appears to have flaws that make it unusable (in other words, if the product has cracks, cracks, is damaged, chipped or broken), please contact our team at hello@kaolii.ca. Please add a photo of the fault so that our team can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

No, Kaolii’s internal massager is vibration free.

You can purchase the internal massager without a recommandation from a healthcare professional. However, we recommend that you see one if you think you have pelvic or perineal health problems.

Yes, about 20% to 25% of the massager is empty, this is from the manufacturing technique of the product. Our ceramist, Louise Bousquet, uses the manufacturing technique from Limoges in France, which allows us to have very high quality of porcelain. However, the walls have a considerable thickness which makes the product extremely resistant.

Always make sure your hands are clean before using your internal massager. After use, you can simply wash it under warm water with a mild, fragrance-free, hand soap. Make sure to rinse it thoroughly. For a deeper cleaning, you can put your internal massager in a pot filled with water, then bring the water to a boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. You can remove the internal massager with pliers to let it dry on its storage pouch. Make sure you let it cool before you take it back. For sterilization of the massager, you can also put it in the oven at 135०C (275०F) for 20 minutes. Make sure you let it cool before you take it back. Finally, always store your internal massager in its box or storage pouch once cleaned so that it is ready for your next session.

All our masseurs are designed and manufactured in Quebec by a renowned ceramist and are then inspected one by one to ensure maximum quality. Our packaging is also made in Québec (Canada).

PORCELAIN

The internal massager is made from Limoges porcelain thus ensuring a superior quality in terms of the material of our product. Indeed, in the porcelain/ceramic family, it is this one that has the best quality due to the techniques used in its manufacturing process, as well as its clay formulation. In addition, since it requires baking at 1400 ° C, it ensures a complete vitrification of the product, and therefore, of a non-porous product. Finally, we were able to find local ceramists for the manufacture of the internal massager. Kaolii products are therefore entirely designed in Quebec (Canada), allowing us to ensure maximum quality, create jobs locally and reduce the impact of transportation.

Porcelain is a non-porous material due to the vitrification process that occurs during firing. It is therefore phthalate and BPA free, hygienic and healthy for the body.

Porcelain is hypoallergenic, which means it is perfect for internal use. It will not affect the internal balance of your vagina and is completely healthy for the body. This is why many clients with repeated urinary or vaginal infections or who are cancer survivors like to use our internal massager.

Yes and no! Porcelain is a material that has a very high mechanical resistance to pressure. Meaning that there are no risks in terms of fragility while in use. It is only sensitive to shocks, for example, if there are drastic temperature changes (from freezing to very hot) or if it suffers a physical shock (falls to the ground). If anything happens to your porcelain product, contact us. We offer a 5 year warranty on all our porcelain product.

Unlike some plastic or silicone products, porcelain is compatible with all types of lubricants, whether silicone or water-based. So you don’t have to worry about mixing incompatible products! However, we recommend the use of a vegan or organic lubricant.
Warning: Do not use a massage oil or hydrating cream as a lubricant.

Porcelain is a thermally conductive material. You can therefore cool your massager during pain treatments, or warm it up to relax the muscles. Generally speaking, porcelain will be at room temperature, so it will be a little cooler than your body. You can heat it in your hands or under hot water, or cool it in cold water or in the refrigerator. As mentioned earlier, porcelain can be senstive to thermal shocks, so be sure to let it come back to room temperature before you force it to change the temperature again.
